§ 120
Secrecy orders under 37 CFR Part 5 are directed to applications whose disclosure might be detrimental to national security. All correspondence regarding secrecy orders must be addressed to Mail Stop L&R. Applications subject to secrecy orders cannot be filed abroad without a separate foreign filing license.
