Content of the Statements

Statements to DOE and NASA required by statute must set forth the full facts surrounding the conception and making of the invention. Generic form paragraphs are not sufficient — the statement must include facts unique to that specific invention. The applicant (inventor, assignee, or obligated assignee) must provide the statement.
